Billy was known for his zest for life, which was evident in his favorite pastime—fishing. He found peace and joy while casting a line into the waters of Lake Livingston, a cherished location that held a special place in his heart. His affinity for Texas was prominent throughout his life, reflecting his adventurous spirit and appreciation for nature.
Billy's connection to his family was profound. He is survived by his mother, Judy Castro; sister, Tammy Lawson; brother, Robert Wylie; and nephew, Darryn Wylie. Each of them will carry forward his memory and the warmth he brought into their lives.
