Wade Malcom King passed away on July 28, 2026, in Nacogdoches, Texas. He was born on December 9, 1959, in Kountze, and throughout his life, he was a devoted son, brother, friend, uncle, and cousin.

Wade proudly served for many years in the United States Army, including service during Desert Storm. His commitment to his country was matched by his steadfast dedication to his family and community. Following his military career, Wade explored various professional paths. He contributed his skills in several fields including security, manufacturing, and as a butcher.

Wade is survived by his mother, Evelyn Revere, and siblings Sheryl Revere, Karen Conner, Kevin Revere, Edward Revere Jr., Christine Mokri, Thomas Revere, Tracy King, Terri Hinz, Lisa McGinty, Gregory Revere, his Aunt Elizabeth Arriola, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Wade was kind and loyal toward his family and was regarded as a good brother and a trusted friend.

Wade cherished memories of his time spent at his Mawmaw and Pawpaw’s in Lilbert, a place that held such meaning for him that he wished to retire in East Texas, which he finally did. These memories held a special place in his heart, that he spoke of them often. 

He was preceded in death by his father Denton King, father Edward Revere Sr., brother Bradley Revere, brother Todd King, brother Roy “Denny” King, nephews Richard Kern and Ryan Kern, and his wife Linda King. The memory of their love remained in Wade’s heart.

In his spare time, Wade loved watching football, especially the Cowboys. He found joy in traveling, listening to old music, and was a big movie buff. 

Wade Malcom King is remembered by family and friends for his love, loyalty, the service he rendered, and the positive impact he made on those around him. His memory will be honored and cherished by all who knew him.
