Toni Annette Clements See was born on September 12, 1956, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Helen Grace (Chapman) Clements and Ralph Arthur Clements. She came from a long, proud line of strong Texas women—women whose resilience, faith, and grit shaped her life and the generations that followed. Toni carried that legacy with grace, humor, and a quiet strength that touched everyone around her.
Toni was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She is survived by her children, Arron and Cecil, who were the center of her world, and by her grandchildren—LaTisha, Matthew, and Stevie who brought her immeasurable joy. Her family was her greatest pride. She is also survived by her siblings, nieces, extended family, and the many loved ones who were blessed to call her friend.
Toni loved life deeply and lived it boldly. As a child, she traveled the world with her parents, proudly calling herself an Air Force Brat. In her teenage years, she embraced adventure—skydiving, surfing, and finding freedom in the open sky and the ocean waves. The beach remained a place of comfort and peace throughout her life. She was a gardener with a tender touch, a lover of plants, cats, sports, and a lifelong fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
In the early morning hours of May 20, 2026, at 6:02 AM, Toni went home to be with the Lord, reunited with the family who went before her and welcomed into the peace she so deeply deserved. Her life—rooted in faith, family, and unmistakable strength—will continue to echo in the hearts of all who loved her
