Patricia (Pat) Diane Stringer Blaich, 90, passed away peacefully in her home on June 25, 2026, surrounded by her loving daughters.

Life and Legacy

Patricia was born on March 14, 1936, in Parsons, Kansas, to Inez Vivienne Gear and Maynard Eugene Stringer. In 1952, she married the love of her life, Richard Earl Blaich, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Together, they shared 67 beautiful years of marriage before his passing.

Patricia dedicated her life to her family and her faith. Her greatest accomplishments were raising her five children and loving the Lord. In her later years, she found great joy in tending to her flowers and spending quiet time with her beloved cats. She will be remembered as a deeply devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

She is survived by:

• Her four daughters: Debbie Abbott; Cindy Fauvelle and her husband, David; Gina Ford; and Teresa O'Riley
• Her extended legacy: 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
• Her brother: Kent Stringer and his wife, Carolyn.
• Her sister-in-law: Mary Ann Stringer Tierce.
• A host of loving extended family members and friends.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Vi and Gene Stringer; her beloved husband, Richard Earl Blaich; her son, James Richard Blaich; and her brother, Max Stringer.

She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
