Pablo Reyna, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully at home in La Porte, Texas, on June 3, 2025. He was born on March 24, 1953, in Harlingen, Texas, and lived a life marked by love, dedication, and a commitment to his work.
Pablo was known for his big heart and gentle spirit, qualities that endeared him to family and friends alike. His career as a paint inspector took him around the globe, and he took great pride in the work he did throughout his life. This profession not only reflected his strong work ethic but also showcased his attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Elvira Reyna, who was by his side in his final moments. He leaves behind a legacy cherished by his family, including his son John Paul Reyna of Lubbock, his daughter Rosalonie Reyna of Indianapolis, Indiana, and his son Joshua Reyna of Austin, Texas. Additionally, he is remembered fondly by his grandson Jacob Rodriguez, and his two stepsons, David Gomez and Angelo Gomez, both from Lubbock.
Pablo also held a special bond with his brothers, Fernando Reyna of La Porte, Texas, and Gonzalo Reyna of Las Vegas, Nevada.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Julian Reyna and Rosa Munoz Reyna, and a brother, Julian Reyna Jr., who have embraced him in eternal rest.
Pablo Reyna's warm presence and kind-hearted nature will be profoundly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His family finds solace in the cherished memories created during their time together and the love he imparted to those around him. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no services held.
