From an early age he loved to sail, sunsets and music. He sailed various bodies of water throughout his life, witnessed countless sunsets during his travels all over the world, attended live music throughout his many travels. Some of his favorites included the Jimmy Buffett parrot head concerts and New Orleans Jazz Fest.
He was profoundly fond of his family and longtime New Orleans friends. He arranged family and friend gatherings every time he would visit New Orleans. He was the glue that held the family together.
As per his wishes there will be a small family celebration of his life at a future date. For all of those who loved him, please raise a glass in his honor at a beautiful sunset, live music event, or a great day of sailing.
We would like to thank Magnolia Hospice, especially Rachel and Rosemary, his very close friend Priscilla Duffy, and the unwavering commitment throughout his last days to Lynette Marie Poyser, Jerry Pons and Ann Marie.
