Kevin Richard Bonner, born on September 14, 1962, in Buffalo, New York, passed from this life into the presence of God, at the age of 63. He was a man of deep integrity and quiet strength and lived his life with strong morals and an open heart. He had a special gift for making people laugh and helping others feel at ease, often bringing light into even the hardest moments with his humor and gentle spirit. He showed compassion and love freely, caring deeply for those around him and welcoming everyone he met.
Throughout Kevin's life, being the gifted musician he was, enjoyed making many memories playing music whether for fun, functions, or just for family and friends. He skillfully loved playing his favorite instrument, the drums, as well as other instruments, where many songs were born and recorded that will continue to be treasured keepsakes and precious gifts for generations to come, forever keeping his memory alive and keeping him close. Music was woven into his soul - bright, joyful, and full of emotion - where he used it to touch hearts, lift spirits, and bring people together. And most importantly, Kevin was a grateful believer in Jesus Christ, and his faith was the foundation of his life and the source of his hope, with crimson red being his favorite color.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Melissa Bonner; his son, Ryan Morales and wife, Daniela; his daughter, Brittany Morales; his grandchildren: Isaiah, Dakota, Riley, and Emery; his brothers: John, Dan, and Mike; and goddaughters: Alexis, Julia, and Ashlyn; along with a host of other family members and countless friends.
Kevin was a devoted, dedicated and loving husband, a wonderful father, and a proud, caring grandfather, and through his faith, his music, and his boundless love, he has left an everlasting imprint on every life he touched, and his love will continue to live on in his music and with all who knew him.
