Justin Richard Huck

Justin Richard Huck of Houston, Texas passed from this life on July 12, 2026, at the age of 33. A day everyone who knew him bid farewell to a son, a brother, an uncle, and friend whose energy swirled through life much like a favorite album’s steady beat. 

Justin's story began on a warm June day in 1993 to parents, Jenifer Graviano and James Huck, as they welcomed their baby boy full of adventure and drive into this world. A world where for 33 years, many memories were made.

Justin grew up with music coursing through his veins. It was an ever-present soundtrack to his days and a companion through his nights. Hip hop’s lyricism sharpened his wit while the soaring notes of classic rock stoked his uncontainable zest for living. Music, to Justin, was more than a pastime—it was an inheritance he shared with everyone when he could, crafting the perfect mix for anyone in need of a lift.

From early on, Justin cultivated a list of passions—each a reflection of the vibrancy that set him apart. He loved to DJ, building mixes that brought people together and moments to life. As a mixologist, the artistry he brought behind the bar matched his approach to every beloved hobby: open-hearted, meticulous, and joyfully inventive. The art of cooking became yet another canvas. Cooking for others drew the laughter of friends the same way his playlists filled a room, and to share a meal prepared by Justin was to know his generosity firsthand.

Justin leaves behind his mother and father; his sister, Heather; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and countless friends. Each carries forward the memories and lessons, the gentle humor and warmth that defined Justin’s days. He would want to be remembered as the caring, positive influence he was - an encourager to those to make better life choices and enjoy the one life we have the best we can.

As the community gathers in memory of Justin Richard Huck, visitation for family and friends will be held on July 23, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Houston Memorial Chapel, 14503 Bammel North Houston Road, Ste. 405, Houston, TX 77014 followed by a memorial service celebrating Justin's life and spirit at 3:00 p.m. at the same location.

Justin’s spark—his music, his culinary creativity, his humor, and his devotion to friendship—will echo for years to come. He will be forever loved, missed, and remembered... until we meet again.
