Felton "Fally" Joseph Jr.

Felton “Fally” Joseph Jr. was born on July 14, 1965, in Houston to parents, Felton Henry Joseph and Mildred Joseph. On August 23, 2026, Felton peacefully departed this life leaving behind a lifetime of memories, laughter, and the unmistakable mark he made on the hearts of everyone who knew him.

Fally was a man who could fix just about anything. If something was broken, there was a good chance he could figure out how to make it work again. He was a true handyman by nature, but more than that, he was a builder—a man who enjoyed working with his hands, creating things, taking things apart, and putting them back together. His talents were not simply something he did for work; they were a part of who he was. Outside of work, Fally enjoyed riding bikes. He had a natural curiosity and a determination that made him the kind of person who would look at something and say, in his own way, “I can fix that.” But those who knew Fally know that his greatest signature wasn’t what he could build or repair—it was his personality.

Fally was outspoken and never one to leave you wondering what was on his mind. He had a way of saying exactly what he thought, often with a joke or a quick remark that could catch you off guard and have everyone laughing. His sense of humor was one of the things his family and friends will remember most. He brought a certain energy to family gatherings that simply cannot be replaced.

Fally was preceded in death by his father, Felton Joseph Sr., and his grandparents, Lucille and Julius Batiste and Willie and Carrie Joseph. He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Cedric Welch (Robin); his mother, Mildred Joseph; his brothers, Willie Joseph, Albert Joseph (Vivian), and Wilbert Joseph (Ava); and his sisters, Lucy Joseph, Cherie Williams (Martin), Laura Reece (George), and Jeanette Castillo (Everette). He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends whose lives were made brighter, louder, and certainly more entertaining because Fally was a part of them.

Fally may no longer be here to lend a helping hand, fix or build something, tell one of his jokes, or speak his mind at the next family gathering—but the things he built, the laughter he shared, and the memories he left behind will continue to live on.
