She was born 8/24/1945 in Katy, TX to Jim Finch and Gertrude (Tink) Finch. She married Robert Russell Jr. on Sept 15th, 1998, in Katy, TX.
Mrs. Della Russell lived in Katy, TX. for many years, and in Cypress TX for years also. A member of, The church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Survived by her husband Robert Russell Jr., Daughter, Melissa (Misty) Combs, Ashley Johnson, and grandson Syx Johnson
