Darlene was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Willie B. Jones and Walter Walker Williams; and her siblings, Delores Wattley, Billie Jean Jones, Oscar Jones, and Louise Jones.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving children, Shunta Montgomery (Damian), Loris Brooks, and Rachel Richardson (Michael); her beloved grandchildren, Catavia Mills, Devin Montgomery, and Staci Richardson; and her adored great-grandchildren, Jayce Holmes, Journee Holmes, and Jiovanni Holmes.

She also leaves behind her devoted siblings, Walter Jones and Josephine Robinson, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever treasure her memory.
