Charles David Martin Sr

Charles “ David” Martin Senior passed away January 22, 2026. Born in Jackson, Mississippi. Graduate of Texas City, attended university of Houston, Texas. Survived by wife, Mary of round rock Texas; two sons, C. D Martin Junior of Caldwell, Texas; Chris, Martin of Webster, Texas; grandson Clay Martin of Mississippi and Sister, Katie Johnson of midfield, Texas. Proceeded in death by mother, Alice Boykin Martin; brother Bueford Martin. Special thanks to David and Mary’s family, our wonderful neighbors, friends, fireman, round, rock, helpers, and all volunteers. Memorial celebration later with friends and family. Please no flowers or food, thank you for your prayers. Buried in Evergreen memorial Park cemetery Wharton, Texas. David was an amazing husband, son, father, brother and friend. He will truly be missed.
