He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jacqueline Hayes; his son, Sonshun Cooper; his father, Earnest Hayes; and his mother, Luirle Johnson; along with his brother, Ivory. Their memories will forever be cherished in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Anthony is survived by his son, David Hayes; his daughter, Jacqueline "Monique" Monroe, and her husband, Ramone; his granddaughter, Imoni Cooper; his grandson, Sonshun High; and his granddaughter, Shamarolyn Monroe. He is also remembered by his brothers and sisters: Oisa, Sharon, Eric, Kim, Sherry, Joyce, and Kenneth, along with a host of family and friends who will deeply miss him.

The legacy of Anthony Conrade Hayes is one of love, laughter, and the unwavering spirit of resilience. His joy and kindness will continue to resonate in the lives of those he touched.
